Still, we sometimes find ourselves feeling stuck and alone. As your therapist, I am honored to help you through whatever life challenges you face. I want to empower you to get to where you want to be and recognize your strengths and needs. Even in our darkest moments, we are much more resilient than we think!
Much of my experience has been working with clients faced with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief/loss, and trauma. I have worked with young children, teens, young adults, and families in different settings. I am also passionate about working with women who have experienced the pain of miscarriage and stillbirth. I love incorporating art, play, and creativity into my sessions to assist clients with self-expression and healing.
