As a therapist, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and families. My primary populations are couples (monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous), sex-positive persons, POC, and those in the LGBTQIA+ communities. I also have experience working with children who are in the foster care and adoption system and children who are dealing with various behavior, mental, and emotional health struggles as well. I also enjoy working with young people who are trying to find their way in life and need support with guidance, goal setting, finding their identity, and healing. Some of the interventions used in my practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and many others. As a therapist, I believe in meeting my clients where they are, focusing on their strengths, working through their struggles, supporting, and encouraging them to meet their individual goals. I value supporting my clients as they learn to identify healthy coping skills for their own growth. I take pride in creating a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to be comfortable as they matriculate through their healing journey
