Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Licensed in California.
  • Must be open to receiving feedback and learn.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must be easily accessible via email, phone and texting at mutually agreed upon hours.
  • Understand that it may take a few weeks to build a caseload. Therefore, preference is given to candidates already paneled with Insurance Companies.  
  • Must not have an existing private practice, works at a private practice nor be interested in opening their own practice for at least 2 years.
