Your well-being is my priority, and I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can freely express yourself and work towards positive change.
As your therapist, my main focus is on the therapeutic bond we'll develop – because that's what can truly bring about the change you're looking for. I aim to create a welcoming, nurturing and judgment-free environment where you can explore and progress at your own pace. I use a person centered approach that is tailored to your specific needs. In this space, we'll work together to uncover any negative patterns and unresolved emotional wounds that may be hindering your progress toward your goals, inhibiting personal growth, and impacting the quality of your relationships. When I am not meeting with clients I enjoy spending time with my family, taking a tropical vacation, or relaxing at home with a good Netflix movie. I look forward to speaking with you soon :) |
