​Welcome! Whatever brings you to therapy, it’s my honor to learn about your experiences and support you along the way. Together, we’ll identify what’s working in your life and where things may feel stuck, helping you move toward greater alignment with who you are and what you value.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in respect, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are. I meet each client with warmth and genuine care because I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and supported.

I work with adults and draw on evidence-based approaches to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also bring lived experience as a trauma survivor, a mixed-race individual, a recovering perfectionist, and an artist. These perspectives help me connect with clients navigating identity, shame, and self-expression. People often describe my therapeutic style as thoughtful, humanistic yet professional, and grounded in hope.
