Therapy is a tool to help people in all stages of life heal and grow to become the best version of themselves. My training and experience involve working with various populations, including adults, adolescents, children, families, LGBTQ+, and older adults. I am particularly passionate about working with the youth as they are the future generation; they need guidance and support as they continue their life journey. Allow me to be a part of your journey and help you grow to be the best version you can be.
La terapia no trabaja de igual manera en todas las personas; su historia, su dolor y el camino recorrido por cada individuo es único. Yo dedico mi tiempo a trabajar con usted y a tratar de entender su situación actual y por todo lo que a pasado a lo largo de su existencia. La terapia es una herramienta que puede ayudar a las personas a crecer en cada etapa de su vida. El tomar terapia puede ayudar a sanar y así lograr una mejor versión de si mismo(a). Mi preparación y experiencia implican trabajar con una gran variedad de personas. Entre los que se encuentran los adultos, adolecentes, niños, familias, LGBTQ+, y adultos mayores. Mi pasión es trabajar especialmente con los jóvenes y niños creo firmemente en que el apoyo y orientación necesaria puede hacer que las futuras generaciones logren una mejor versión de si mismos. Permítanme ayudarles a buscar técnicas que le ayuden a lograrlo y asi tener una mejor calidad de vida.
