I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2007. I believe that all individuals have strengths. I believe that during times of stress, we can lose sight of those strengths. My focus in therapy is to draw out those strengths. I want to be able to help clients find balance in important areas of their lives. My goal in treatment is to help draw out those strengths in a non-judgmental and collaborative fashion. I have experience working with children, teens and families. As a therapist, I have experience dealing with depression and anxiety as well as issues associated with phase of life stressors. I was drawn to the field of psychotherapy because of personal childhood challenges with parents who struggled with PTSD and depression. I understand the impacts of generational trauma and want to be able to help others struggling with emotional issues. I enjoy helping adults regain their emotional well-being and confidence with managing their emotions.
