As a former people-pleaser (it’s a work in progress) and a current licensed therapist, my own path to healing has deeply shaped my approach to therapy, and I’m passionate about helping others reclaim their voice and power along their journey.
 
I’ve worked with individuals dealing with severe psychiatric symptoms, adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and low self-esteem. I also support individuals navigating LGBTQIA+ issues. I believe that my clients are the true experts in their lives, which is why I use a client-centered approach. My goal is to simply be a guide, helping you tap into your internal strength and healing capabilities.

Throughout our journey together, I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and nurturing space for you. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as we explore your journey to healing, hope, and growth. I believe in the power of EMDR, and like to incorporate Polyvagal Theory and mindfulness to deepen the therapeutic process. I’m excited to incorporate these tools into our work together.
