I’m so glad you’re here! I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.
I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to older adults, supporting them through life transitions, trauma, depression, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based—I meet you where you are, honoring your unique journey and experiences. In our work together, I integrate mindfulness practices and mind-body techniques to promote healing and emotional balance. I also incorporate art therapy to encourage self-expression in ways that words alone sometimes cannot. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is not to change you, but to support you in discovering your own path forward with greater self-awareness and confidence. Outside of therapy, I find joy in practicing hot yoga, running, hiking, and recharging in nature. I also love discovering new coffee shops and spending time with family/friends and my not so little cattle dog. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing and fulfillment. |
