My passion for trauma work is deeply rooted in my own lived experiences, which have shaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and the transformative impact of compassionate support. Having navigated personal challenges and witnessed the effects of trauma on individuals and families, I developed a strong desire to help others find hope, healing, and empowerment in their own journeys. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in social work and dedicate my professional life to serving individuals struggling with their mental health.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing complex challenges, including trauma, abuse, family conflict, mental health concerns, and systemic barriers. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practices that recognize each person's unique experiences and inherent resilience. I am passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, build healthy coping skills, and develop the confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Through both my personal journey and professional experience, I have come to appreciate the courage it takes to heal, and I am committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate that process and work toward their goals. |
