Welcome! I am so glad you’re here.
I believe that healing begins by meeting each person exactly where they are. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents as they navigate complexities of adolescence addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, behavioral challenges, academic stress, and developmental delays. I have had the privilege of working with adults by providing personalized therapy to adults seeking support for a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have had the privilege of working with couples in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, rebuilding trust, and strengthening their relationships. I also facilitate group therapy sessions centered on grief and loss, daily life skills, and mental health support. I look forward to walking alongside your journey during this season of your life. I can provide services in English and Spanish. |
