I believe that mental health challenges are layered and complex. Each person has unique childhood experiences, relationships to family and friends, and interactions with the communities they are a part of. Because of this diversity of experience, I like to tailor my approach to what will work best for you. Working together, we’ll explore what is and isn’t going well in your life and identify more effective coping skills, healthier ways of relating to others, and better ways to take care of yourself. I strive to bring compassion, respect, unconditional support, and acceptance to our relationship in order to promote personal growth and exploration. My goal for any client is that as we work together they would feel and be more whole, secure, and connected to their Self, the important people in their life, and the communities they are a part of.
