Hi, I’m Nancy, and I am happy you are here. As a neurodivergent- and LGBTQ+-affirming therapist, I recognize that healing is not one-size-fits-all; it is a deeply personal journey that unfolds in its own time and way. My intention is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can arrive as you are—feeling genuinely heard, understood, and respected. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or more complex emotional experiences, we will move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.
I bring both lived and professional insight into how our experiences, cultural contexts, and identities shape the ways we engage with the world. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and hold deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that healing begins with self-compassion and expands through the cultivation of more meaningful, connected relationships—with ourselves and with others. My background in social work has allowed me to support individuals, children, and families across a wide range of experiences. This work has deepened my understanding of how life circumstances, family dynamics, and external stressors influence mental health. I am especially attuned to the nuances of family systems, including generational differences and the complexities that can arise within intergenerational relationships. I am passionate about helping clients develop insight, build practical tools, and move toward sustainable growth and balance. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. Above all, my hope is that you leave each session feeling not only heard but truly seen. |
