The therapeutic process is one that can be intimidating at first; However, my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and secure, and ultimately feel like you can be your true self. Life can have its challenging moments and feel way too serious at times, which is why I am a firm believer in being one with your inner child and never letting go of your passions. My aim is to assist you with whatever issues you might be facing in your life, while highlighting your individual strengths. Sometimes in the midst of a crisis, we can forget that we are only human, and that we each have our own strengths for getting through the day. I am here to help you recognize those strengths, even if they are hidden from your perspective. I will treat you with the utmost respect, decency, and kindness in our sessions because I believe every individual is deserving of that.
A little bit about myself: I am a huge geek with a love for Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Pokemon. I also am an avid outdoorsman who loves to go camping, hiking, and skiing while exploring all that nature has to offer. Gandalf the Grey has said, “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” You have decided to work on yourself in a therapeutic manner, and I will be here to support you every step of the way. |
