Individual Therapy

Individual counseling offers one-on-one attention to explore what is and isn’t working well in your life and to identify more effective coping skills, healthier ways of relating to others, and better ways to take care of yourself. 
Session Fee: $140 for 45 min session , $155 for 55 min session  $210 for 90 min session ​(*Sliding Scale Available)

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is an opportunity to readjust your relationship to better meet each of your needs.  We will examine what is working in the relationship, as well as focus on identifying negative, destructive patterns of relating. The goal of couple’s therapy is to more towards developing healthier ways of communicating and connecting to one another. Session Fee: $200 60 min session,  $300 for 90 min session(*Sliding Scale Available)

Family Therapy

Family Therapy involves whole or parts of a family. Family may be biological or the people close to you whom you interact with often. The goal of family therapy is to nurture change and development amongst members. Finding solutions within family relationships has found to be beneficial in emotional health. Session Fee: Minimum 90 min session for 3 or more members  $280 (*Sliding Scale Available).  

Speaking Engagements

Norina Verduzco-Murphy, MSW, LCSW and Angela Barrios-Lucero, MA, LMFT, ATR are available for speaking engagements.  Angela teaches on the use of Art Therapy and Sand Play.  She offers the "Touch Stone Project" as a medium of art to assist clients who are in need of grounding for trauma recovery.  Norina Verduzco-Murphy, MSW, LCSW teaches on Coping with Anxiety, Boundaries for the Mental Health Professional and The Five Love Languages for Children. Group Therapy

Group therapy is an affordable and effective way to learn about how you interact with others and how others experience you. A group provides the opportunity to get and give support, experiment with new ways of connecting with others, and learn how other people deal with similar life issues. Session Fee: $50 (*Sliding Scale Available)  

Online Counseling

Counseling conducted via video conferencing via a secure, confidential, easy to use, HIPPA compliant website called Regroup Therapy https://www.regrouptherapy.com/  for online counseling sessions. Online counseling is not appropriate for those with suicidal thoughts or those with severe mental illness. Internet sessions are only available to clients who are California State residents and only after initial intake information has been conducted in person. Session fee: $140 (*Sliding Scale Available)
Business Consultation for Mental Health Professionals
Do you dream about opening your own private practice but are unsure of where to begin?  Or maybe you've opened your doors but just need a little guidance in firming up your policies, generating more referrals, etc? Do you want to accept insurance but are overwhelmed with how? Have you considered applying to hold a workshop that offers CEU's but find the process painstakingly confusing? 
Let's chat.  I've been in private practice for 12 years.  I've built six successful practices over the course of my career.  And I've done it all via the business school of hard knocks ;) because you know as well as I do, grad school does not teach us a thing about being an entrepreneur.   I have a passion for helping not only clients that walk through my door, but fellow clinicians seeking a place in the private practice realm.

Clinical Supervision
             Norina and the licensed clinicians at this practice offers Clinical Supervision for ASW and MFT Interns that is designed to enhance your clinical and professional skills, knowledge, and thoughts in order to achieve competency.  Associates can expect their Clinical Supervision sessions to be dynamic, challenging, trusting and supportive interactions. Supervision will utilize case presentations, discussion and reading material to strengthen your theoretical framework and develop strategies and interventions for best client care. In addition, trainees will gain an understanding of ethical and administrative issues needed to pass their clinical exams.
​Our supervision has generated a high pass rate for the clincal exams!
​Hourly Rate: $150



We accept all major credit cards and cash as methods of payments for services rendered.
