Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and taking the first step toward your healing and personal growth. As an associate therapist, I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being their authentic selves. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where we can work together to identify your strengths, understand the
challenges you are experiencing, and develop meaningful ways to move forward.

My experience has primarily focused on supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and difficult life transitions. I have provided individual and group counseling in school and community-based
settings and have worked collaboratively with children, families, educators, administrators, and other professionals to support emotional wellness and
​overall functioning.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, motivational interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward their personal goals. I believe every client brings unique strengths and experiences into the therapeutic process, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they discover new possibilities for healing and growth.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, getting lost in a good book, and trying new things. I especially enjoy new experiences and adventures that allow me to learn, grow, and create lasting memories. I believe that staying curious and open to
new experiences is part of what makes life meaningful, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity, compassion, and openness into my work with clients.
