Unconditional support is a central part of the therapeutic process. My style is to treat you with compassion and respect. My clients describe me as ‘easy to talk to,’ ‘understanding,’ and ‘not judgmental.’ Like Bill Withers famously said, “We all have pain, we all have sorrow, but if we are wise, we know there’s always tomorrow’. I am honored to earn the privilege of supporting you through therapy and will be there if you need to ‘lean on me when you’re not strong.’ I became a therapist because I believe that we all need the help of others to help us through our challenges. ​
