As a dedicated therapist, I have worked extensively with individuals, families, and chronically ill patients to improve functioning and well-being. I have experience with clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I have worked with children with conduct and other behavioral concerns. I also have experience with teens inflicting self-harm and encountering suicidal ideation. It is my privilege to create a safe space for those needing help to navigate through these hardships.
My philosophy centers on the belief that therapy should be inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic environment where all individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. My passion lies in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults, guiding them through the unique challenges they face during these formative years. I strive to empower them to navigate their emotional and mental health with confidence and resilience. Additionally, I firmly believe that adults and older adults possess a remarkable capacity to cope with and recover from trauma and other challenging life events, demonstrating resilience and strength in their journeys. By combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered approach, I aim to foster growth, healing, and positive change, while ensuring therapy is a safe, supportive, and transformative journey for all. |
