My job as a therapist is to meet each individual where they are to get them where they want to go. I am passionate about working with people who bravely enter into therapy and take the healing journey. I believe therapy is very personal and should be individualized and tailored to the client's needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship and marriage conflicts. I am also skilled in working with the Military Population, active and inactive, who have faced multiple deployments, military sexual trauma, marital discord, post-traumatic stress disorder, and working towards breaking the mental health stigma in the military community. Through the therapy process, you can expect to gain greater emotional awareness and daily coping strategies to strengthen one's sense of confidence, self-acceptance, and responsibility.
