Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time (33 Clinical Hours/Week)
  • Associate Therapists: Approximately $68,000+ annually
  • Licensed Therapists: Approximately $94,000+ annually

Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Licensed or registered as an associate in California.
  • Must be open to receiving feedback and learn.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must be easily accessible via email, phone and texting at mutually agreed upon hours.
  • Understand that it may take a few weeks to build a caseload. Therefore, preference is given to candidates already paneled with Insurance Companies.  
  • Must not have an existing private practice, work at a private practice nor be interested in opening their own practice for at least 2 years.
