As an associate therapist I always meet my clients where they are at
and approach them with compassion and empathy. I work alongside my clients to help identify their strengths and goals. Most of my experience is working with individuals and families. I have a passion working with children and gaining an understanding of their social, emotional, and behavioral barriers. I believe in taking a strengths based approach to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I often incorporate mindfulness and relaxation in my sessions. Working with both individuals and families I have worked through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, self injurious behaviors and suicidal tendencies. I am passionate about encouraging my client's to be the best version of themselves. In my personal time, I enjoy going to Target, spending time with my family, and taking adventurous trips. I hope we get to meet soon. :) |
