Kaiser

For Kaiser, Please call the number that is on your Kaiser insurance card and request an *appointment with the office "Norina Murphy & Associates" and their intake department will have our available appointments in their "Lucet" system. They may need our address to find our therapists' schedule.  You can find our addresses under our "Home" page. Once they locate our schedules, you will be scheduled directly through Kaiser.  When we receive the notification from Kaiser of your scheduled appointment, we will reach out to you to explain our forms and assessment process. 

* An appointment does not guarantee ongoing services, you will still be screened at your first assessment to determine if we are able to provide you with the appropriate care for your specific needs at this time.
