As an associate therapist, I pride myself on creating a comfortable and welcoming space. In working with kiddos as young as 3 years old to adults 66 years old, I have been able to explore different cultures, thinking patterns, and more. The mental health field continues to be an ongoing conversation of “What is mental health? What does that look like.” My goal is to guide and aid clients by utilizing a client-centered focus along with a solution-focused perspective. My areas of focus included self-image/self-esteem, divorce/separation, depression, and more. As
a therapist, I understand that given a different outlook to our everyday problems can make a difference. |
